RESEARCH
The 2020 report describes the role played by Design Thinking in supporting Digital Transformation, investigates its adoption in Consulting Organizations, analyzes the relevance of more than 50 practices and measures its impact on value.

METHODOLOGY
The 2020 report relies on visions and insights provided by more than 400 Design Thinkers around the world. Based on a scientific questionnaire, it provides an international overview of the frameworks, practices and tools applied by leading Consulting Organizations.
